This time our sauce journey brought us to the mysterious lands of Thailand and the ancient district of Si Racha. We paid great reverance to the traditional sauce techniques born from that beautiful culture and added our own PepperLords twist!

The blend begins with fresh Thai chili's, shallots, and mountains of garlic cloves! This is then simmered down and mixed with ripened tomatoes, nuoc mam, assorted spices and a fermented SCORPION pepper mash to raise the heat and add a devilish depth of flavor!! The entire blend is then cooked once more to smooth and bind it all together, while the aromas of JADE capture your heart and mind...and you leave stress of the world behind you.
